Walk-on’s Sports Bistreaux named two new executives. The restaurant brand named Chris Porcelli to the role of chief financial officer. And Jennifer Pecoraro-Striepling joins the brand as chief development officer.
As CFO, Porcelli will lead finance, accounting, analytics, supply chain and human resources for the company. He brings over 15 years of accounting and operations experience to the role. Most recently, he worked with Driven Brands for six years. He also held the role of chief operating officer at Maaco.
Pecoraro-Striepling has experience in design, construction, facilities, real estate and franchising. Prior to joining Walk-On’s she worked with brands such as Papa Johns, Bloomin Brands and Darden Restaurants.
Artistry Restaurants has promoted two executives—Mark Kirke will assume the role of CEO and partner, and Daniel Harf has been promoted to chief operating officer and partner. Previously Kirke served as chief restaurant officer and partner. He has also held leadership roles at Red Door Woodfired Grill and P.F. Chang’s. Prior to joining Artistry, Harf served as chief concept officer for Tavistock Restaurant Collection. Most recently Harf held the role of CCO for Artistry.
Surcheros Fresh Mex named a number of new executives this week. Jake Philpotts has been promoted to the role of vice president of business development and franchise relations. Jami Horowitz joins the team as vice president of marketing. Brendan Wiederhold has been named vice president of operations and construction. Jaime Hurley has assumed the role of vice president of finance. Ellen Rockwell has been named vice president of people and development. And Bryan Williams joins as vice president of shared services and technology.
Full Course has welcomed three new additions to its board—Jennifer Ryan,Meredith Sandland and Stephanie Stuckey.
Ryan is the founder of various food and beverage businesses but her most recent project is as CEO and founder of Croux, an on-demand hospitality employment platform.
Sandland is the CEO of Empower Delivery, a delivery, kitchen and online ordering management system. Previously, she also held the position of COO of Kitchen United.
Stuckey serves as chair of Stuckey’s Corporation, a consumer packaged goods business known for nuts and snacks.
Erin Kaylor, former McDonald’s finance manager, is joining Lansing, Mich., based Biggby Coffee as CFO. Kaylor spent over 20 years with the burger giant where she worked on a refranchising strategy across the country. Previously, she worked with Berkeley Hall Club.
Also this week, eatertainment concept Pinstripes named Tony Querciagrossa CFO and Shannon Keller CMO.
And Krispy Kreme is promoting its chief operating officer, Josh Charlesworth, to CEO.
Eataly, an operator of massive Italian food halls and marketplace, also named its first CEO for North America this week. Tommaso Brusò, former group CEO of clothing brand Colorful Standard, will assume the top role.
